Stuck in lockdown I bought a guitar but it needed work setting up.
Had a very informative tutorial over video chat with AGS about adjusting the bridge and truss rod myself.
Within a couple of days I received a custom made gauge and some better strings that they'd sent out just after our call.
Now it plays a lot better, easier to fret and sounds a lot nicer too.
